It had an episode at a country fair, and Alan Partridge hosted a Radio Norwich show that frequently featured totally uninteresting things.
it was a comedy show on bbc2 late at night around 5 or six years ago ,about a fictional local tv news /magazine type show ,the joke was that nothing they featured or reported was of any great interest ,the episode i remember was at some sort of country fair

no not alan partridge ,it was the sort of comedy where if you didnt have the same sense of humour youd think it was a real show badly done ,maybe it was !
