This is driving me mad! It might be late 80s, but I think it was early 90s on UK terrestrial. It was a cop show, with quite a lot of action and gunfights, set in Hong Kong or Singapore or somewhere similar. I'm sure it had `Yellow' in the title, and maybe `Road'. I really can't remember much about it though. Can anyone remember anything like that?

Was this all shot on location in HK? Presumably if it was a "major production" it couldn't have resorted to using a few stock shots as shows like "Danger Man" did back in the 60's. I'd be very interested to see this series...are there any copies floating around?

It was filmed on location in Hong Kong but it seems to have disappeared without trace.

I am very sorry to have to say but I had a full episode on VHS that was a victim of one of my machines going very wrong. The result was the tape got tewed up and wound into the insides of the player. I new found out what sent the player in to this state.
Well both the machine and the tape were unusable. If this had not happened then I would have had this today still. Nearly 20 years later!
