Hi,Newbie here asking a daft question about Summer Holiday with Cliff Richard.

I have it in my mind that there was a scene in this film about Cliff et al having to get the bus under a low bridge and filling the bus with sheep.

Have I actually seen this or am I as I suspect going senile?

    Hello Regentv

Just to let you know that you have just got it mixed up slightly.Towards the end of the film they take a wrong turn and end up in the countryside. As they all get off the bus there is a field full of sheep.Cliff then goes on to ask a local girl the way which is taken as a proposal of marriage. When the boys make their escape they run back through the field to the bus and one is wearing a sheepskin jacket.

Thanks for the post as I re-watched it just to see and its still one of the best feel good films of all time.

Thanks for the info,it was a long time ago that I saw it in the cinema (46 yrs) but I had thought it might have been cut from the video release.

Alas it proves I'm senile !!

First film that I remember being taken to see! Parodied of course recently in the crisps advert! Crisps possibly produced at the old Smith's plant in Swansea/Abertawe.
