Breakout (1983) a cff film but in this film the two children being held hostage were brothers.
Bit of a strange one here,
the film involved a brother and sister being held hostage by two robbers on the run from the police,even weirder,i remember ,the getaway van was a transit!
and one of the baddies was either a big ron from eastenders lookalike or the man himself!and he had a tatoo on the top of his head.the boy tried to leave a help notice in the public toilet(as ya do)but was busted,,,everything else is rather vague.what was this film,or do i need to start taking medication???
