    Hi.

Does anyone know where I can find the DVD unsolved mysteries episode about the disapearence of Agatha Christie featuring Jack Wild as the eye witness?

And just out of interest I`m wondering what you think about the temporary disapearence of AC. A set up, a lot of fuss about nothing or something more?

    Thanks,

    xx

I think she was in a very emotionally disturbed state and fled without telling anyone. Similar to Stephen Fry's escape to Belgium when depressed some years ago. The only difference is that he's open and honest about his condition but Christie kept it all private (maybe a reflection of the kind of reaction that society might have had in those days if she'd confessed all her troubles).

Not sure Jaycad. I was looking more into expanding my Jack Wild collection more than anything but I will have to look out and see if there was another drama about AC, I would be interested to see it

I find watching Poirot and some miss marple productions hard work, but I love her books and I am interested in her life and also interested in lifes mysteries, so I wonder where she got to!

    Thanks,

    FG xx

Doesn't time fly? it was in 2004! Agatha Christie : A Life In Pictures with Olivia Williams and Anna massey.

If you mean the one from 1994 introduced by Robert Stack, it's under Strange Legends (Mysterious Legends in some cases). Let me know if you need a copy.

It was repeated a few weeks ago. Though of course Jaycad could well have been referring to the excellent The Unicorn and the Wasp, from the last series of Doctor Who! (which was on BBC1)

Which fully explained her 'disappearance' as far as I'm concerned...

From Russell T Davies' new book on the making of series 4

    AGATHA CHRISTIE

I'm now amusing myself by trying by trying to get as many Agatha Christie titles into the dialogue as possible.

I'll give you 20 if you can slip in Ten Little Niggers

    Actually I did try:

DONNA: It's like Ten Little -

DOCTOR: Niggles aside, let's look in the library

But I thought it was too risky, so cut it.

it was definitely the anna massey one! what happened in the 'doctor who' one? did poor old agatha have to ward off daleks with the head of poirot whilst wearing a massive scarf and a kevin keegan wig?
