This impressive calendar was "advertised" in Telegraph Magazine (20 December, 2008) in a section designed to help consumers: "Calendars and diaries".
Readers were advised to contact Liberty, in London, where the calendar was supposedly on sale for 12.50p.
On that date (it transpired), Liberty had none of the calendars left and would not order a further supply.
One arrived today from PopArtUK: 8.99p. including postage and packing.
The calendar is a satisfactory size, and includes some "iconic" posters:
The Italian Job/Cool Hand Luke/West Side Story/2001: A Space Odyssey/In the Heat of the Night/Lolita/Lawrence of Arabia/ The Servant/Blow-Up/Psycho/How to Steal a Million/
Fellini's 8 1/2
