kids TV series 1970s set in a pyramid

Hi,



I have a memory of a TV series from the 70's that I would like to identify. It may either have been the episode or the series that was set in a pyramid and involved the kids going from room to room and solving a puzzle originally set by the pyramid architect in order to move on. The specific memory I have is of a particular room where they solve the puzzle, get the treasure, but the exit does not become apparent. Finally, they realise that the lesson is to put the treasure back in its place. The exit appears when they do this.

I think this was for teenagers. I recall the puzzles were very complex ( for me



anyway) certain clues were given but the participants were by & large left on



their own. I have a vague memory of a big brother type voice being involved &



a time limit being imposed.

Not sure that we're talking the same series. Yours sounds more like contestant particpation, although it sounds interesting.



Mine was definitely a drama.

Not a TV series woth kids called The Tomorrow People. The kids were telepathic and were able, sometimes to "jaunt" from one place to another?



It was from the 70's and I seem to recall a pyramid themed episode????

PS The kids changed but there was Nicholas, Stephen a couple of other male kids rotated and a black girl????

Congratulations, Steve. I'm pleased for you. I know the lovely Diane Keen was in it but even she couldn't guarantee my interest. Might be worth another look 30 years later.
