for my daughter today and cannot get her off it.

There is a bit where you can photograph yourself and pretend you are recieving an academy award. This is the bit she likes the most.

Does she cry when she's receiving her award?

And does she dedicate it to you or at least thank you in her acceptance speech?

They have a little four screen view of the other nominees and then her head pops up as the winner.

So far none of the others has looked utterly aghast momentarily and then broken in to wild applause.

Shouldn't the other nominees go green with envy or at least break down into uncontrollable despair?

Hugely relieved this weekend after finally sorting out a few problems online.

In the end I had to make a statement to the police and we have devised a course of action. They are surprisingly helpful in situations such as this (internet abuse) and my local police station receives 5 complaints a day.

In a nutshell - No one should feel abused on the internet. The laws still apply and action can be taken – so, if it happens to you, don’t let anyone tell you any different.

I have been dealing with my situation on and off for two years – spent the last year trying to avoid this person. I have no idea why some people do this. I have had my email abused, my family, my ‘person’ seems half the time fascinated with me, the other ‘hating’ me and throwing wild insults.

It is scary - you don’t know what they are going to do next and no matter how much you plead with them to leave you alone – they won’t listen.

I think they rely on people walking away and disappearing or just putting up with it – because, often, it has nothing to do with ‘you’ – but them and they have done it before.

But, don’t let them get away with it – the internet is here for everyone. Report them, avoid them and help stop this happening on the net.
