    A cult classic - anyone able to help with the locations? I believe it was fimed somewhere near Bristol but, unusually, the Omerta imposed on the film crew seems to have lasted.

    Well a couple of years later, and quite out of the blue (as a result of a chance remark made by the late Lady Amabel Williams-Ellis, widow of Portmeirion's Sir Clough, in her 1983 autobiography, "All Stracheys are Cousins"), here is Dark Towers itself - Sutton Court, Stowey, Somerset:
