Well, that's a lot of 'interesting' information there As long as you'd shave your private bits if it made the ladies happy

Just goes to show you're never too old to learn, never knew there was a "vintage erotica forum " presumably old film rather than old people ? ( or perhaps both

Robert Forster bared all in Medium Cool which was released before Ollie and Alan's wrestling match in 1969.

He also did a bit of nude horse riding in Reflection in a Golden Eye in 1967 .... but it was rear end only in that one.

Re gentleman's manparts - If... came before Women in Love.

I'm all for equality, Captain - including removal of body hair!

"Gentleman's manparts". Language Timothy! Where did you get that expression from? A bit staid isn't it?!

name='dpgmel']Just goes to show you're never too old to learn, never knew there was a "vintage erotica forum " presumably old film rather than old people ? ( or perhaps both

The Vintage Erotica Forum includes similar pictures to the ones you get in the dreaded 'Sexiest Actors/Actresses' thread (which is why I don't understand why we have it here), but with the added 'bonus' of nude pictures and unnecessary screencaps from films and TV. It also includes singers, presenters, and both soft and hardcore models. Their porn 'coverage' isn't anything like as good as other forums but I must say there are some amazing magazine scans there, which you won't find anywhere else I don't think. Extraordinary - and comprehensive - collections of Playboy models and our own Page 3 girls from past decades.

Our Lovegod is a regular there but I actually can't remember if I'm a member or not (not that it matters as you don't have to log in to see most of it's content). IN FACT, my dedication to Britmovie has made me forget about all those other forums! It's also affected my viewing of the soaps - I'm weeks behind with both Emmerdale and Coronation Street. Proving that if you want to cure your addiction to sex and soaps join Britmovie!

[I don't know why I'm telling dpgmel all this - I thought he was only interested in old British films (pre-Kitchen Sink!) ]

name='Mark O']There's no holds barred male full frontal nudity in Ken Russell's 'Women In Love' when Alan Bates and Oliver Reed have a wrestling match... can't think of any other 60's mainstream film that's quite so blatant.......
I heard an amusing anecdote concerning that scene on TV recently, can't remember who told it but the gist of it was that he saw the film in a cinema in some provincial town with only two other people in the audience of an afternoon showing, both old ladies. During the scene he overheard one saying to the other (possibly to break an embarrassed silence) "Ooh, isn't that a lovely carpet, Mabel".

In some countries that scene was cut for cinema, I think male nudity is an even bigger taboo than female nudity in some places. Alan Bates and Reed look at each other, I think Bates locks the door and the wrestling match is cut and we go straight to the shot where they are lying on the floor naked together exhausted and pouring with sweat. Gives the scene a whole new meaning!!

"Eating Out" has some full frontal male nudity in it. "Saraband" has a glimpse and IMO men after a certain age on film, it just doesn't look right.

    name='batman']Blow Up - Jane Birkin/Gillian Hills

Man At the Top - Angela Bruce

IIRC Jane Lapotaire went au naturale in Crescendo .... but the image was filtered so you couldn't see much of what was going on.

Angela Bruce is a surprise as i can't recall a West Indian nude in the movie - although it is over 20 years since i watched it

name='Mark O']Not 100% sure but in a mainstream film i'm guessing Adrienne Corri in Clockwork Orange, then later on in the 70's there was Joan Collins standing on a Swing in The Stud

Surprised again ! -has Adrienne Corri done any other nude films- Clockwork Orange must be her only full frontal?

It's like that in America. Female nudity is generally directed towards a male audience, yet male nudity in a film that's not X rated, is not necessarily directed towards women, either. Everything else gets filed under "Gay interest." Go figure.

I don't think so talli, i've read she ended up hating SK because he wanted the scene done over and over and over again, and afterwards Adrienne said she was "scared to see herself" in CW

Well, stretching that a bit I'm glad we're not in a world like in Logan's Run, when at the age of 30 you're ripe for slaughter.

With 50 already in sight, I now carefully prepare for becoming a human every bit as unaesthetic as Dorian Gray's infamous painting ...

Same for me Bats......on a scale from 0-100 I'm now slightly nearer the century end

Still I've got most of my original teeth (even if the dentists did like to "drill & fill" in the 70's) and some hair left, mostly grey

    Cheers

    Sgt S

The one thing I have got lots of (besides my waistline) is hair ..... Batman Sr had a right ol' mop and I've inherited it, although mine too is getting rather grey in places. I have most of my teeth left, although those 70s dentist had a crack at mine too .
