Yep Billy they are seperate releases.
They've both been on telly recently. I felt Importance was let down (as were so many 1940s films) by Michael Denison's incredibly wooden performance thought the rest of cast was splendid. It would have been much improved by having a natural comedian like Nigel Patrick.

What quality can one expect for a Network release ?
Their releases are usually excellent, and they often go out of their way to release unusual titles.
