I recently saw "Old Mother Riley, Headmistress"1950 on TV & several actresses
with familiar faces were in the cast. I'm sure one of them was a very young (& very
beautiful) Katie Boyle. However there is no mention of her involvement on IMDB.
Does anyone know if it was her?? Patricia Owens & Doorn Van Steyn ( the first
Mrs Roger Moore) were also in it.

She always looks as though she's in the process of saying, "And what do you do?".
I remember on the Kenny Everett show, he kept announcing "and later in the show, Katie Boyle strips!". At the end, he said "And now!!! Katie Boyle strips!!!" and she started stripping him as the titles went up.
My point is that she obviously (to Kenny Everett and myself at least) had a definite sexual allure - or am I the only youngster who was strangely moved by her cleavage in the TV Times?

In some 1950's TV magazines I have, she is referred to as Katherine Boyle. She was clearly front-page news in those days, so I wonder how and why she became reinvented as Katie without it seemingly being remarked upon........ She was totally Katie in the Sixties, as I remember her, so much so that I wondered at first if it was the same person when I first noticed it in those old magazines, and not some weird coincidence.
Thank heavens she wasn't called Jordan before .........
