I have a very vague memory of a film from when i was younger could have been anywhere from arond 1994-1999. I can remember two children in it and they were in a house that wasnt there own, not sure if they had been abducted and placed there or were in a new family, but the rooms were like perfect as a child would wnat them so the girl had a really pink perfect room. However i do remember them trying to escape and this may be wrong but a scene of them climbing over a chain link fence while being chased by their captures and quite possibly a dog.



If you could name it you'll save me a lot of annoyance haha!
