Are you sure it was a movie ? The plot sounds like Kingsley Amis's novel "Ending Up", which was made into a TV series.
I am looking for the title of a British film I saw years ago,if anyone could help me that would be great,I think it is possibly from 1940's to 1960's and is about a group of disfunctional people living in an isolated house who either by design or accident on the same day all die,the film closes with the postman unable to mail the letters to the house because of a vicious dog tied and guarding the house,leaving all the bodies laying un-noticed.I hope some-one out there can help me with this as I really want to get this film to watch again,Thank you in advance.
