    Hi all,

First post here in the forums, yay. I used to live in Dublin for a few years while I was in uni and I saw the first 25 minutes or so of a movie on one of the BBC's one evening. I had to leave to go to a party so I couldn't watch the rest, but I've been wanting to finish it ever since and cannot seem to locate its title. Here's a go at the plot (at least the plot of the first bit)...

There were 3-4 teens (maybe early twenties) working at a take-away (pizza I think?) and all the scenes that I saw were at night. I think the kids were wearing uniforms that were yellow/green with a white-and-black checkerboard pattern on them if I remember correctly. One of the girls was a blonde and one of the guys had brown hair. Anywho, one of the guys had to go make a delivery, so he gets on his moped (still at night) and delivers it to this apartment. Once at the apartment, he's invited inside where he and the girl who ordered the pizza end up, well... ya know. The next little bit I'm fuzzy on. I think one of the other take-away workers also had to go make a delivery and I got the idea that this was going to be that type of movie that focussed on each kid's adventures as they make deliveries. That's when I had to leave.

It struck me as an 80's or maybe early 90's film based on the quality of the video, but it wasn't poorly done or anything. I'm almost certain that it wasn't an american film using british actors either.

Does anyone know what movie this might be? Thanks!

thanks for the reply dubster, but I'm afraid that's not it.... I'm 90% sure that this was a british film and I don't recall it having anything to do with the breakdancing plot in the "delivery boys" film.

Does anyone else know what movie this might be? Thanks!

There was a short film (about 30 mins) made in the mid-'90s by BBC Northern Ireland called Out of the Deep Pan.

    There's a plot synopsis here:

BFI | Film & TV Database | OUT OF THE DEEP PAN (1996)

And this page has a picture of the two lead actors:

    Northern Ireland Screen - Television

Interesting Euryale... I think I was watching it for almost a half hour and I didn't get the feeling that it would be concluding soon. But I'll check it out nevertheless and see if it's the right one. Anyone else have any idea? Thanks!
