Perceived Tenderfoot comes to the aid of Indians whose treaties are being cheated by unscrupulous rail road types.

The second Old Shatterhand/Winnetou film introduces the Karl May characters (despite the fact they'd already met in Treasure of Silver Lake (1962)). Film shines Technicolor bright for a film that has some dark moments, with winning performances from Barker and Brice. The villain's comeuppence is one of those scenes etched permanently on the brain cells (spoiler: Falls from cliff to be impaled on spears!) - I had no idea it was this film.
