A made-for-tv movie which was supposed to be a pilot for a tv series that never was, sees a young man inherit the notorious Bates Motel from a now-deceased Norman Bates. Eager to get the business running again, he enlists the help of new friends, but finds objection from the locals.
It's watchable - just, but if you are expecting "Psycho" then forget it!
