A salvage operation to retrieve valuables from the upturned Poseidon leads to conflict when two opposing crews have very different ideas.
The whole film takes place immediately after the events of the previous movie, with some original footage intercut with the storyline. A decent sequel with a number of recognizable faces, though not quite as thrilling as the first film.
