Derring-do and aerial dogfights from the point of view of an ambitious German air-ace determined to get the titular medal. Impressive flying, especially the bridge stunt by Derek Pigott (doubling both Peppard & Kemp), a glam towel clad Ursula Andress and tight direction from Guillermin...goes for nought mosty because Peppard's character is such an ass. |
