Doctor Who, his two granddaughters, Barbara and Susan as well as Barbara's boyfriend, Ian are whisked to the planet Skaro and there meet the aggressive Daleks and docile Thals.

Doctor Who in a parallel universe was potrayed by Peter Cushing as a bumbling scientist. Colourful Technicolor Dalek adventure may annoy purists, but is rather fun. Argue among yourselves.
