| Respectable sequel to the original hit, this time the McCallister's fly off to Florida - taking Kevin with them! Problem is, he gets lost at the airport and ends up on a flight to the Big Apple by mistake. Once he arrives, he again has to fend for himself, amongst the crime on the streets and the recently announced escape of the Wet Bandits (now promoted to the 'Sticky' Bandits!!). Most of the original cast have returned here for a decent follow-up; slightly lacking the same spark as before but a good film nonetheless. INTERESTING FACT: At the time of shooting this movie, child star Macaulay Culkin was 12 years old. He was paid $8 million. See also Home Alone (1990). |
