| Theatrical storyteller is hired to strut his stuff at remote country house for an eccentric audience. Frankie Howerd stands in for Bob Hope in this Cat-and-the-Canary like offering. While neither as funny nor scary as I remember, it does have moments and some nicely plotted twists. Nice daylight views of 'The Frankenstein Place', Oakley Court for Rocky Horror fans. |
