Secret agent tries to thwart drug conspiracy.

All the Bond film ingredients, not to mention a fair number of ex-Bond actors, are thrown into an action movie vehicle for martial arts star, Joe Lewis.

Unlike its graceful star, the film trips clumsily from scenario to scenario with a surprise twist that most definitely isn't. Filmmakers were hoping for a franchise, but this was it. The fights and action sequences aren't half bad - with a little more effort in the plot department this could have been a cracker.
