| An alien in search of a water supply becomes a entertainment superstar. My one sentence plot summary does nothing to convey the complexities of this astonishing feature from Nicolas Roeg. By turns weird, disturbing and sexy. Bowie makes an unsettling alien trying to get by in an evil world. A unique film, very offbeat, very rewarding, highly recommended. |
