British intelligence can't get a hold of 007, so they put his twin brother on the job. Other than that, I have no idea what's going on. Something about an "atomic nucleus" and radioactive rugs. . .I dunno. I've seen this movie a dozen times and still have no clue.

Enjoyable but silly Eurospy film that deserved its Mystery Science Theater treatment. That being said, the film is a lot of fun, and is so unabashed about it's "done for quick cash" status and use of 007 veterans that it's hard to resist. Bruno Nicolai and Ennio Morricone's score gently tweaks the nose of John Barry and is the highlight of the film. That and the "Wild Pussy Club." Still don't know how they got away with that, other than being a Sixties Italian film!
