| VIP is aided in escape from the Nazis by shepherd across the Pyrenees. Fairly by the numbers chase flick helped (or hindered) by an off-the-chain turn by McDowell as a nasty SS type (and giving a taste of Caligula yet to come). Don't ask me to explain what is going on at the end. PSA: The version on Paramount+ is superior to that on Amazon. Lord Heath did the original caps for this 13 years ago that I have now upgraded.
