Nerdy girl daydreams her way into a life on the ocean waves or at least on land.

Giddy musical mix of The Pirates of Penzance meets Wizard of Oz (with a tsp. of Star Wars thrown in). Awful, but quite fun too.

Notable among the rather cuddly pirates are a few heavies from Mad Max! Also watch for Garry McDonald as a bewiskered policeman - a million miles away from his Norman Gunston persona.
