| So which ending does this version have? David Essex plays Barry Sheene as a cockney Alfie, except his love interest is really his bike. The difference in the ending is a mere matter of a few seconds of runtime, but, boy, does the tone change. British attempt to make the Hollywood movie is loaded with cheese, but the biking is great. |
