EyeForFilmThe sixteenth full length animated movie from Walt Disney is the classic tale of a young princess who is cursed by an evil, jealous queen and is sentenced to an eternity of slumber when she pricks her finger on a spinning wheel upon her 18th birthday. But there is a get out clause: she can be awoken from her sleep by the kiss of a prince.

The 2.55:1 ratio is a breathtaking eye-opener, but it cannot disguise the uncomfortable quality of animation which is a big slide from movies past.
The remastered DVD looks incredibly sharp though, I have to say.
