The Spoilers

1942

Ray Enright
Director

A gold commissioner and a dodgy judge have a plan to swindle a gold mine.

Rugged western with some location shooting and lots of mud for verisimilitude, and a complicated plot. Lots of flirtatiousness between La Dietrich and her suitors, a good final action scene and fight.

Some awkward racial humour to slightly sour the mix and a cameo from "The Shooting of Dan McGrew" author, Robert W. Service.
