Efficent espionage B-movie. The romance is a little far-fetched and the story full of holes, though the leads manage to make it palatable, if not entirely believable.

There are plenty of people on IMDb's listing that don't appear to be in the final print, so scenes were likely cut. Certainly Antonio Moreno and Roy Roberts aren't anywhere to be seen.
