Hammer, never one to miss a trend, spotted that sex and vampires were a winning box-office combination and pulled out all the stops for this one. From the creepy mist shrouded opener to the blood splatetred finale, come on, Kate O'Mara, Ingrid Pitt, Pippa Steele, Kirsten Lindholm and the incredible Madeleine Smith all in one movie.
