Village of the Damned

1960

One of the classic sci-fi creepies from the sixties. Benefits from being British and very low key. Tale of alien children taking over a village and soon the world is very chilling, and the ending a fraught nailbiter. John Carpenter attempted a remake in 1995 but didn't capture the chill of the original. HIGHLY recommended.
