| A cocky young man (Hanks) flees to Asia to join the Peace Corps to avoid paying a huge gambling debt he has incured back home. Once there he reluctantly gets involved in the building of a bridge between two villages. OK comedy, viewable if you're a fan of Hanks or Candy - otherwise forgettable. It was on the set of this movie that Tom Hanks met future wife Rita Wilson. |
