Lowly ice rink sweeper Hill dreams of becoming a private eye, and gets his chance when he wins a bloodhound and gets involved with a nest of Soviet spies, as well as a beautiful girl who happens to have super strength.

Hill's first film, like so much of his comedic output, ranges from quite amusing to irritatingly stupid, often in the same scene. And of course he ends up in drag. At least he was consistent on both counts. A pretty good film, though it runs out of energy in the last reel.
