| 30 Days of Night sees a plague of vampires descending on an Alaskan town. Despite the odd plot hole here and the odd loose end there, a surprisingly good vampire film that gives a nod of thanks to the works of John Carpenter and still manages to be fresh and delightfully no-holds-barred in its bloodthirstyness. Recommended to genre fans. Followed by a straight-to-video sequel to 30 Days of Night Dark Days |
