Little known big-budget disaster feature where a tidal surge wipes out half of London. Some great special effects shots cannot compensate for the waterlogged dialogue and swampy plotlines. Makes you think about global warming though!

2 versions exist: originally the film was released on DVD in its theatrical form and then later re-issued on BluRay in its entirety (which features both versions of the film and is highly recommended).
