| Interpol agent goes after crooked bank involved in arms deals. Some bits work and others don't in this globe hopping 007 wannabe. Nice plot. Nice work form 'average joe' assassin, Brian F. O'Byrne, but Naomi Watts is underused and rather bland and Clive Owen continues his James Bond on Mogadons turn. |
