An investigative reporter becomes suspicious of a district attorney when he wins a murder case with what appears to be planted evidence. So he enlists the help of a colleague to frame himself for murder in order to trap the dodgy D.A. and make him slip up.... but will the plan backfire?

Watchable, interesting, but lacking all at the same time.
