| Hilarious 2-reel short from Laurel & Hardy playing themselves and each others' wives! Hardy, a brain surgeon, and Stan, his assistant, are called home for an anniversary dinner where they are informed of a surprise which awaits them. This turns out to be a massive cake - which surprisingly enough does not get eaten, but rather used in an unceremonously fashion. Excellent! Try watching this one without laughing!! |
