A health insurance executive who makes a living from choosing who is and who isn't worthy of his policies receives his comeupance when he himself becomes the victim of another one of Jigsaw's traps. He is given one hour to overcome a series of brutal obstacles in which he has to free a series of people from certain death whilst himself trying desperately to reach his family.

Watchable, but running out of ideas and milking a cashcow of a franchise which has become stale and predictable.
