Starlit Days at the Lido

1935

MGM
Production Company
Warner Brothers
Distributor

Assorted celebrities bask in the atmosphere at The Ambassador Hotel's Lido Plunge Spa.

Interesting for some of the pairings (e.g. Clark Gable's sugar mommy), the glorious technicolor and a view of a bygone age.

The Ambassador Hotel opened in 1921 and was demolished in 2005. It served as a location for many movies from A Star is Born to Se7en.
