Sheriff in a Louisiana bayou investigates the mysterious death of a local woman, apparently killed by wild dogs. The real answer is something a bit more sinister, however.

Decent little film from the heyday of TV movies, benefitting a great deal from location filming and good performances, especially Geoffrey Lewis. Still, for a movie set in southern Louisiana, the idea that no one could understand what someone was babbliing in French is a bit hard to take!
