Generally inept sharksploitation movie set in pretty locations with lots of bikinis. Iffy CGI and acting don't help and oodles of goofs ranging from crew reflected in various parts of the boat, to a motor boat trundling past in the background, to mysterious passengers waving from the deck of a supposedly deserted ship.

Brooke Hogan is quite imposing though.
