Campbell Singer is credited as the voice of Inspector Netter, but the actual actor isn't. I strongly suspect it's Fancey himself. Geoff Thompson is credited as 'Geoff Roberts' but called 'Thompson' in the film. Similarly, Robert Vince's character is credited as 'Paul Dubesque' and his door reads so, but John Blythe calls him 'Charles.' There is also a longish sequence of Interpol breaking up the French end of the counterfeiting ring, which appears to come from an unidentified French film or TV show. And I think that sort of sums this mess up.
