Deliriously over-the-top and fun exploitation piece checking off Blade Runner, Robocop, Videodrome, Re-Animator, Planet Terror, Dr. Who:The Brain of Morbius and even what appears to be a musical nod to A Zed and Two Noughts and still manages some original mayhem and madness.
Occasionally crosses the line from fun bad taste to actual bad taste but perhaps that would be similar to complaining that Playboy contains nudes.
