Assorted misfit super villains are sent to derail a banana republic's monster program.

A vast improvement over the 2016 shitfest, but we now live in a world where if someone says they liked this film, you have to ask "Which one?" Kind of sad, that.

Plot light excuse for assorted super mayhem and gags is indeed a vast improvement over its predecessor but it does drag on. Disappointing use of The Thinker, the great Capaldi, who doesn't really get to do any thinking.
