Joey has a date with Phoebe's twin sister, Ursula, Ross attendes a session for expectant mothers and ends up playing the part of mother to Susan when Carol cannot make it, and Joey is told by his boss that he must fire a member of staff - who just happens to be the secretary he is dating.
