Joey fails to show up for an audition, but a guilty Phoebe tries to help him get more offers (a great scene where she uses the back of Chandler's neck as a notepad). Chandler continues to pursue Janice and his relationship with her takes a surprise turn when he suggests they move in together - which freaks her out. Ross gets upset when son Ben turns up clutching a Barbie doll, so does his best to entice him into playing with a G.I. Joe instead.
