The Simpson kids are snatched by the child-welfare when it is discovered they have been seemingly neglected. This forces Homer and Marge to accept more responsibility as parents and proove their worth - especially as their offspring end up next door at the mercy of the Flanders and their house, which resembles a certain 'Pat Boone quality' (whatever that means?).
